  • Since this will be your home to own, you are encouraged to decorate and care for the home as though it’s your own.

    Purchase Price: Want a home between $300K-$800K.

    Saved 2% of Purchase Price: You can make an initial downpayment of at least 2% of the current purchase price. For example, if the purchase price of the home is $500,000, you should have a down payment of at least $10,000.

    Good Income: Your combined household income is at least 25% of the home purchase price. For example, if the home purchase price is $400,000, you should have a combined household income of at least $100,000 (pre-tax).

    Stick to The Plan:  You’re willing to follow a plan that will help you increase your credit and save for a down payment so the bank will say YES!
